About the Exhibition
The New Nordic Photography Exhibition is on display from 8 June to 19 August 2012 at the Hasselblad Center in Gothenburg, and it presents a multifaceted picture over the field of contemporary photography in the Nordic region. Selection of the participating artists was based on their works: they portray existential questions about humankind in the universe, Europe's altered geopolitical landscape, staged personal stories and reflections on the theory and history of photography. The project covers various photographic disciplines and together they draw an image of the topics that occupy today's young photographers.
The exhibition is curated by Dragana Vujanovic.
