From 1 January 2017 Bergen Academy of Art and Design (KHiB) and Grieg Academy, University of Bergen (UiB) are merged. They will be organized within the University of Bergen as the new Faculty of Fine Art, Music and Design, where they will be one of seven faculties that constitutes the institution.
KHiB is to become a part of University of Bergen (UiB) on 1 January 2017. Along with The Grieg Academy we will merge into a completely new faculty at UiB: Faculty of Fine Art, Music and Design. What does this mean for you as a student at KHiB?

This year's Bergen International Wood Festival resulted in several wooden sculptures made along the banks of Store Lungegårdsvann. Bergen municipality made a decision to keep some of them over summer.
