In the exhibition Pictogram-me we collect the stories of a difficult life and transform them into a series of pictograms.

For the eleventh year in a row BA students at Bergen Academy of Art and Design have qualified to showcase their furniture at the Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair. This is the most important arena for furniture producers and designers in Scandinavia. The fair takes place 4-8 February 2014.
Managing Director Jan R. Stavik at the Norwegian Design Council says that he’s impressed by the prototypes that the KHiB students showcase at the Stockholm Furniture Fair also this year. “ I like what I see here”, he says.

On 6 February the Chilean journalist, curator and researcher Valentina Montero gives a lecture in Gallery 3,14 in Bergen on renewed forms of demonstration and protest in Chile and Latin America. The lecture is a part of the "Unrest Series" initiated by Brandon La Belle and Frans Jacobi, both professors at KHiB.
